    What happens if my product arrives damaged?

    We package your drugs according to the number of drugs. There are three sizes package packaging boxes, small boxes, and envelopes boxes. Sometimes, packages are damaged because of poor quality of cardboard, unexpected weather, or bad road. In case, the product needs to replace then we deliver another package to your residential address.

    How do I return or exchange a gift?

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
